The tray selection mechanism for the Lexmark Optra E gutenprint driver is lacking. First, it's labeled "Tray 1", "Tray 2", etc. which is confusing. The hpijs driver does this better (but fails to print greyscale -> bug 978506). Secondly, it's complete guesswork whether an external paper cassette is Tray 2 or 3.
My print server is running an up-to-date lucid.
