'ignore printer margins' does not work for epson stylus pro 4900

Bug Description
This may be a bug in an epson provided library that is used by gutenprint. My apologies if that is the case. I did install
epson-stylus-
Gutenprint will natively handle epson stylus pro 4880, which will print to the 4900, but without the green or orange... so that is not an option. I did not test that for this bug.
