MG5200 driver doesn't print, gives "cannot load library" error

Bug Description

Canon MG5220 won't print.
Select "Canon PIXMA MG5200 - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.9" as driver.
Print jobs go to queue and listed as "held."
CUPS says "cannot load library."

Line 41 of the unaltered PPD: "*StpPPDLocation: "/usr/share/cups/model/gutenprint/5.2/C/ppd/stp-bjc-PIXMA-MG5200.5.2.ppd"

The specified file does not exist.
