unicorn package does not install /etc/init.d/gunicorn and nothing in /etc

gunicorn:
  Installed: 19.7.1-4
  Candidate: 19.7.1-4

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

The package installs nothing into /etc/init.d/ and there is no service gunicorn and nothing in /etc
but creates a folder: /var/log/gunicorn/
