Bug Description
guile-3.0 crashes on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS with the error message:
Wrong __data_start/_end pair
[1] <PID> abort (core dumped) guile-3.0
A brief internet search indicates this might have to do with the boehm gc.

The error was observed in a Windows Subsystem Linux environment.
