Segmentation fault (core dumped)
/bin/sh: 3: /usr/bin/uscan: not found
/usr/share/libdvd-pkg/debian/rules:24: recipe for target 'get-orig-source' failed
make: *** [get-orig-source] Error 127

I did upgrade from 16.02, I worked on bugs many days and nights on Xenial, nhem the partial upgrade finish... first thing is gufw, I install it and after the password gufw do not open.

If this is meant to be a bug in gufw, reassigning there. But it also seems to have very little useful information to go on, and your paste shows you having issues running debian/rules in a random source package?
