Bug Description

Build log on amd64: https://launchpadlibrarian.net/787885991/buildlog_ubuntu-plucky-amd64.guestfs-tools_1.52.3-1ubuntu1_BUILDING.txt.gz
Fails on all architectures it builds for.

Key lines:
| Error: No implementation provided for the following modules:
| "Dune_site__Dune_site_data" referenced from "Dune_site__Helpers "(/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ocaml/5.3.0/dune-site/dune_site.cmxa)

Fix for now should be using an older version of ocaml-gettext
