Menu will not appear - Ubuntu 12.10 64bit

Hi,

please find my bug report. Since the upgrade from 12.04 => 12.10 the menu bar is missing.
(Rest still is the best music player out there!! Thanks!!)

3) The application menu should appear.

4) The application menu does not appeat.
