Bug Description

Binary package hint: gtranslator

Gtranslator 1.9.6
Ubuntu10.04(Lucid) package

Step to reproduce:
1. Launch Gtranslator
2. Open a .po file without the "Report-Msgid-Bugs-To" header.
3. Saving that file without setting "Report-Msgid-Bugs-To" header.

(I think this bug has been fixed in 1.9.7 or higher. Cannot we update Lucid package of Gtranslator to the version 1.9.7 or higher? )
