Bug Description

GtkTerm always ends up presenting the first port (/dev/ttyS0 for me) and the minimum port baud rate (9600) when you enter to the Configuration > Port menu. The Parity, Bits, Stopbits and Flow control settings are retained from the current setting. I feel it would be more intuitive if either all the port settings were retained or if the default configuration was loaded every time.

This frequently causes me to set /dev/ttyS0 at a speed of 9600 when I wanted to make a small adjustment for the port I was already using at the speed I was using it at.
