Gtkorphan crashed with "could not get control of mouse"

Bug Description

When I tried to run gtkorphan it gave me a message about not being able to capture the mouse, and then quit. After that, I got a message that root terminal had shut down. The message is attached.

I am running Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise).
