Bug Description

Binary package hint: gscan2pdf

My mouse (Logitech M-RCQ142) does horizontal scrolling when you tilt the scroll wheel to the left or right. When I do this gscan2pdf crashes with the following error and data is lost.

**
ERROR:gtkimageview.c:901:gtk_image_view_scroll_event: assertion failed: (ev->direction == GDK_SCROLL_UP || ev->direction == GDK_SCROLL_DOWN)
Aborted

Steps to reproduce:
1. Scan a document
2. Zoom in so there are horizontal and vertical scrollbars
3. Scroll right or left using the mouse

gscan2pdf uses the widget directly, and does no processing on gtkimageview events - it must be a bug in the widget.
