Bug Description
Binary package hint: gimp
On Hardy Heron, gimp prints a bunch of error messages when the user does Help->User Manual->Basic Concepts. (See attachment.)

We have duplicated this problem in U8.04. In U8.10, a different manifestation is seen. The errors are seen briefly, but since no GIMP browser is not installed. It then uses the default web browser (firefox) and then the error is not redirected to the console after that point.
It appears that the help page (basic concepts) is not being linked correcting since when using the steps the OP listed, the (Main Windows) page comes up instead.
