Bug Description
Binary package hint: gtkguitune
I'm on gnome 2.16.1 and ubuntu edgy eft 6.10 32bit (upgraded from dapper drake). My computer is an AMD 3400+ 64bit (i think semprom) with 768Mb of RAM. When i was on dapper drake, gtkguitune worked well, but since i updated, when i run it, the program is slow as hell (i click 'options' and the menu shows up after 30 secs). I've even tried compiling the source but the problem remains. If i execute it on a console, i get this:
$ gtkguitune
usage: gtkguitune [--option [<arg>]]
options:
--device <arg>
arg=device audio-in device
--trigger <arg>
arg=threshold of schmitt trigger
--sampfreq <arg>
arg=sample frequency in Hz
--sampnr <arg>
arg=number of samples
--width <arg>
arg=width in pixels
--height <arg>
arg=height in pixels
--adaptive <arg>
arg=1|0 adaptive scaling of sample data
