Bug Description

In Oracular in the past day or so, the mouse cursor in GTK4 apps has become too large. This happens with all cursor themes I've tried.

Maybe it's: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/6620 (fixed in 4.16)

does it mean need to wait for 4.16 to be released in September and be ported from Debian to Ubuntu?
