Please sync gtk2hs (0.9.11-2) from Debian unstable.

The Ubuntu package changes (0.9.10.5-1ubuntu1) were included by Debian in (0.9.11-2).

  * libghc6-cairo-dev added missing dependency on libghc6-mtl-dev

gtk2hs (0.9.10.5-1ubuntu1) feisty; urgency=low

  * Add a Depends: on libghc6-mtl-dev for libghc6-cairo-dev to fix an error
    on install

Note that this fails to build on gutsy (amd64).

The ftbfs has most probably been solved in the new upstream version (0.9.12).
I think it would wise to wait for a sync of the new issue from Debian, which should be availabe soon:

I can confirm that release 0.9.12 compiles without any hitch for Gutsy from tarball as well as when debianised.
