The release notes link is not displayed in a right way in Chinese

Bug Description

ISO version: precise-desktop-amd64.iso
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS "Precise Pangolin" - Beta amd64 (20120418.2)
Installation language: Simple Chinese

Select Simple Chinese as the installation language, the release notes link is not displayed in a right way(some words with a underline, some not). Please refer to the attached picture for more info.

I don't know whether this belongs to gtk+3.0 or pango or something else, but as far as I can tell it's lower-level than ubiquity.

Thank you for your bug report, we had issues recently with underlining in gtk due to freetype, not sure if that bug is also due to freetype or to pango or gtk ... did that happen in previous versions (i.e oneiric)?
