Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.10 (Unity) amd64
Cups: 1.7.5-3ubuntu3.1
hplip: 3.14.6-1ubuntu1
libgtk-3-0:amd 3.12.2-0ubun amd64

Example with Evince program:

I try to preview into print dialog 2 (or more) pages per sheet. With a PDF file, the opened preview windows shows only an empty page when I choose 2 pages per sheet, and only shows one miniature page ( but several pages are show stacked on top of each other, overlapping ) when choose 4 or more pages per sheet . The same file, but convert to POSTSCRIPT (with pdftops ), shows always only 1 page, no matter what number of pages per sheet I choose.

The same behaviors occurs with GEdit program for example.

The print dialog and its preview facility are part of GTK, not of CUPS. If the printout commes out correctly, this is not a CUPS problem.

affects: cups (Ubuntu) → gtk+3.0 (Ubuntu)
