same here, after updating to shell 3.8.2 via the gnome3 team PPA and reinstalling ubuntu-tweak after the upgrade

Crashed for me after installing xchat via the Ubuntu Software Centre, but it did relaunch itself after freezing up for about a minute. (Ubuntu Gnome 13.04 with the Gnome 3 PPA)
