Crop size menu scrolls

Bug Description

Binary package hint: shotwell

When I choose the type of crop, I have to scroll down the menu, even though the whole list fits in in the popup menu.

Screenshot attached shows what happens.

This is a known problem with GTK. See our ticket on this: http://trac.yorba.org/ticket/1615 as well as a similar problem reported here at #388633.
