Bug Description
I have epiphany-browser from dapper-updates, and when I open new tabs it overflows in the tab bar. Previously, arrow heads appear when the number of tabs exceed the size of the tab bar.
This happens whether I use the keyboard shortcut (C-T) or the item in the File menu. I've also observed this in both my desktop and laptop, with or without a clean ~/.gnome2/epiphany folder.
The problem disappears when you select a different tab.
I'll attached a screenshot to better explain the situation.
Update: seems that this isn't specific to Epiphany, as I tried downgrading to the Dapper Final version and the problem still persisted. In Dapper Final this problem isn't present, but upgrading it to the dapper-updates packages shows the problem. I guess one of the dapper-updates package is at fault here.
Update 2: found out through elimination that libgtk2.0-0 might be at fault here.

Screenshot of overflow. The easiest way to reproduce is to open Epiphany and then create a lot of new tabs. This also happens when browsing sites though.
