file chooser extends its width wider that the screen

When uploading files into the Internet like uploading photos in Flickr using Firefox, the file chooser extends its width beyond the width of the screen making it unfriendly.

What I think is that the file chooser should at least limit its frame width to the size of the screen.

What I know is that the file chooser is part of Ubuntu and not Firefox.
