Can you also do the second part which I have asked for:

cupsdisable <name of your print queue>
cancel -a

Print a job (will be held in queue) and then

sudo cp /var/spool/cups/d* ~
sudo chmod 777 <the d* file you have copied>
cupsenable <name of your print queue>

If the printout comes out broken, attach the d* file of your home directory to this bug report.
