Bug Description
Binary package hint: gtg
Here what I do:
I start GTK, then open Edit > Preferences and enable Notification Area plugin, later I press X to minimize it to the notification area but I have to repeat it again to get the result which is another bug, anyway it goes to the top right corner of the screen.
When I restart the system, I realize that the Notification Area plugin is disabled again. I have to re-enable it everytime.
Thanks for your attention.

Hi, I have sometimes similar problems which disappears after few minutes of playing. It's weird. I assume when you open the about dialog of plugin (there is an "about" button in the dialog where you enable the plugin), there are a message like "Everything necessary to run this plugin is available". There might be an error one.
The second thing to try is to run gtg from gnome-terminal with as "gtg -d".
Do you found something unusual?
