[Needs 0.2.4] crash at start with Serbian translation. Works with English lang

GTG does not have a serbian translation. You can start one at https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/gtg . If you do that before the 1st of april, it will be shipped in gtg 0.2.4.

Serbian translation has been imported, it's empty at the moment, but at least program won't crash anymore.
