Bug Description

[Rationale]

The new HUD uses gtester2xunit during build as a build-depends. As hud is in main, being a very important component of Ubuntu, we also need gtester2xunit in main. As we are upstream for gtester2xunit, we can also guarantee support and maintenance as long as it is needed.

Package simple enough and well maintained. Tests run during build.

Conditional approval is python-junitxml is promoted to main.
