  * Add patch debian/patches/02-do-not-compile-examples.patch:
    - Don't compile the examples
    - Make build reproducible
  * Rework dependencies (closes: #799723):
    - Drop Build-Depends: libgtkmm-3.0-dev gstreamer1.0-alsa,
      gstreamer1.0-plugins-base, gstreamer1.0-x
    - Add Recommends for the library: gstreamer1.0-plugins-base, gstreamer1.0-x,
      gstreamer1.0-alsa [!hurd-i386]
    - Add Depends for -dev: libgstreamer1.0-dev,
      libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev
