Totem displayed distorted image when playing certain H.264 videos in Ubuntu 19.04

Bug Description

* The reproducing files are created using SimpleScreenRecorder and OBS Studio
* The problem isn't reproduced using `gst-play-1.0 _media_file_`
* The system is using intel integrated graphics(Coffee Lake), no other graphics hardware is available
* `gstreamer1.0-libav` package is installed

This appears to be a duplicate of bug 1826201.

Please just update your system and it should be fixed:

  sudo apt update
  sudo apt full-upgrade
