Bug Description

Easy to reproduce:

1. Get a Amiga .mod file (any will do).
2. Add it to rhythmbox play queue
3. Play it
4. After playing rhythmbox GUI freezes and needs to be killed.

The bug may be as well in gstreamer plugin responsible for mods but this is how it appears for end users.

Tested on up to date Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS and rhythmbox 3.4.2

Attached a example mod file for testing. Mods are generally public domain so no copyright infringement should happen.
