Rhythmbox doesn't play radio stream (live.welle1.at)

When I try to play the internet stream http://live.welle1.at:7128/listen.pls it doesn't work. This worked in previous releases, so something must be broken here.

In Ubuntu Raring/13.04, rbox is now using gstreamer1.0

I'm not sure if this is a general gstreamer issue or something specific to rbox. I was able to play the URL in banshee, which also uses gstreamer1.0

Same bug here, I can confirm that Rhytmbox can not play local radiostations I add to the list. It plays the standard radioplayers only.

Banshee can play the streaming links I add :-)
