+ Added. Patch from upstream CVS to handle the bus_dispatch function
popping NULL from the message queue, which can happen if the bus is set to
flushing between check/prepare and dispatch.

+ Drop patch to prevent usage of -Werror and append -Wno-error to
CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS instead.
