Bug Description

I have Java software which generates medical avi images. They play under Windows, Classical Media Player. Here it reports an internal error. I can give an example file if needed. There is no sound, just a rotating image. I could correct my file if something is missing but I don't know what it is - also Windows is happy with what I have.
Thanks,
Ilan
