Bug Description

gstreamer b-d on the *complete* gnome desktop via gir-repository-dev, so before you are able to build qt, you'll need to build the complete gnome desktop. gir-repository-dev is a pain.

gir-repository-dev is deprecated in Ubuntu, most source builds their own gir now and the remaining binaries from it as useless, it still comes in from debian syncs though, the gstreamer one will be fixed in the next upload

gstreamer0.10 (0.10.30.5-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * debian/control.in:
    + Drop gir-repository-dev build dependency. It's not needed and
      only pulls in half of Gnome.
  * New upstream pre-release:
    + debian/libgstreamer.symbols:
      - Update symbols.
