mpeg video isn't played any longer, audio is played (TS recordings from pvr)

Any recordings (DVB-S stream) isn't played correctly in totem: no video, but audio works. It seems to be that the appropriate codec isn't correctly detected?!

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. A new version of GStreamer is available on Maverick and we are wondering if this bug is still an issue for you with that version? Could you please test and comment back? Thanks in advance.

Playback of these files should work with the newly released GStreamer Base Plug-ins 0.10.31. From the release notes:

This package should soon make it's way into the Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" repositories (you can monitor this at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gst-plugins-base0.10 ). When it does, you are encouraged to download the Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal" alpha 1 LiveCD, update to gst-plugins-base0.10 0.10.31 and test.
