Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

When Aesops Fables, Live CD, Examples folder, is played and paused before the end it causes the module to freeze. There is no 'play' button offered and the only way to close the module is 'force quit'. Other examples, e.g. In The Circle, offer a 'play' button if paused and don't freeze.
File is 'Ogg Speex audio'

Thanks for the report, however that is not a nautilus issue, totem is the one that take care of reproducing such content, may you please get a backtrace of the hang ? Please read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash for information on how to get one , thanks.

Sorry - tried but unable to run gdb in the short time that Aesop's Fables (Live CD Examples folder) allows.
However I did find that if Aesop's Fables is played via Rythmbox there is no problem, the problem of 'freeze' happens when played under default Movie Player.
I'd be willing to explore further but need guidance.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. A new version of GStreamer is available on Maverick and we are wondering if this bug is still an issue for you with that version? Could you please test and comment back? Thanks in advance.
