Bug Description

Totem crashes (freezes) if "automatic loading of subtitles on startup" is enabled. Loading the subtitles afterwards (loading video first, automatic loading of subtitles disabled) is o.k.

Example terminal output (loaded a video named C.avi with C.srt subtitles in the same folder):

command: totem C.avi

output: (totem:2754): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: value "10752000" of type `guint' is invalid or out of range for property `connection-speed' of type `guint'

Totem acts like this for aproximate 5 or 7 days (not 100%).

Hope this helps.

Using: Ubuntu 9.10 beta 64 bit all fixes applied
