Bug Description

This problem appear in:
Ubuntu 12.10 (Installed on real hardware with latest updates)
Ubuntu 12.04 (Installed on Virtual-Box with latest updates)

This problem affect next media players: Amarok, Totem, Rhythmbox
This problem DOESN'T affect next media players: Audacious, VLC

My problem is similar to this bugs:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer0.10/+bug/289638
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer0.10/+bug/336543

What I do:
1) Install packages: "gstreamer0.10-{tools,plugins-{good,bad,ugly}}"
2) Take mp3 file that causes this bug (I can't give it since it may be protected by copyrights)
3) Run command in console
gst-launch playbin uri="file:///home/avi9526/Temporary/audio.mp3" --gst-debug-level=3

What I expected to happen: Hear music without any distortion.
What happened instead: After 1 sec of playback sound disappear for ~0.2 sec and then appear again and I get this warning message when this happens

0:00:01.032890902 10862 0x7f4ea8002280 WARN baseaudiosink gstbaseaudiosink.c:1567:gst_base_audio_sink_get_alignment:<audiosink-actual-sink-pulse> Unexpected discontinuity in audio timestamps of +0:00:00.052199546, resyncing

Removing packages "gstreamer0.10-plugins-{bad,ugly}" and installing "gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3" fix this problem but causes "dying pig" sound when start playing or change playback position. So, this is not a good option.
