No sound on TV web site, while picture is perfect - codecs are installed.

I am a new user of UBUNTU 8.04 LTS Desktop Edition. My attempt to watch a program on Russian non-free TV site presented a good picture, but NO SOUND at all. My interrnet is AT@T DSL. Any solution of this problem is greatly appreciated. Regards.
