pulseaudio crashes and log reads:

Nov 29 15:44:16 machine pulseaudio[3278]: [pulseaudio] module-stream-restore.c: Assertion 'de = pa_hashmap_get(u->dbus_entries, name)' failed at modules/module-stream-restore.c:1415, function subscribe_callback(). Aborting.
