h264parse is missing after install

After installing libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-0 the h264parse element is not available for use:

$ gst-inspect-1.0 h264parse
No such element or plugin 'h264parse'

Found the issue. I installed libgstreamer-plugins-bad1.0-0 but what I needed was gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad

Changed in gst-plugins-bad1.0 (Ubuntu):
