Bug Description

I'm uploading gstreamer 1.11.91 to Artful. The following Ubuntu Touch changes have been dropped either because they don't apply or to take us closer to Debian so that the packages are easier to maintain.

base: 0001-riff-Add-input-buffer-size-to-GstCaps.patch

good: qtdemux-Set-maximum-sample-input-size-in-caps.patch

bad: adding-mirsink-and-android-media-over-hybris-support.patch
     desktop-mirsink.patch
     videoparsers, faad package split

ugly: amr split

The git repositories are still there under ~ubuntu-desktop on Launchpad. I'm filing this so that if you want to revive any of the changes you can propose merges to bring them back. Please only do this if they are going to be used in Ubuntu, as the cost of maintaining them on an ongoing basis is real.
