Bug Description

Using image 78 - mako.

How to reproduce:
1) Make sure you're using at least image > = 78/1003;
2) As phablet:
$ stop mediaservice
$ rm -rf .cache/mediascanner/ Videos/*
$ mediascanner-service

3) Download video http://people.canonical.com/~jhodapp/sintel_trailer-1080p.mp4 to ~/Videos
4) Wait for the crash.

More info attached (logcat, GST_DEBUG).

Crash doesn't happen if you start the service with the video already in place.

Also getting "F/MediaCodec( 4321): frameworks/av/media/libstagefright/MediaCodec.cpp:74 CHECK_EQ( mState,UNINITIALIZED) failed: 2 vs. 0", what also happens with bug 1234506.
