totem playback of shoutcast stream is chirpy

Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

When playing a shoutcast stream the sound is chirpy.

Running with:
totem --gst-debug-level=2 --debug 'http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=9907'

produces:

mp3parse gstmpegaudioparse.c:1429:head_check:<mpegaudioparse0> invalid bitrate: 0xf
mad gstmad.c:1394:gst_mad_chain: mad_frame_decode had an error: Huffman data overrun

At the moment of the chirp.

The problem might be the same as seen on vlc:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/vlc/+bug/302024

Basically it cannot detect an ICY server when behind a conforming http proxy.

There is a fix for VLC in 'vlc master'.
