Could not demultiplex stream

Binary package hint: totem

When play mp3 file:
mms://live.radiohit.si/onair/20081103_050000.mp3
and
I want to skip a part
that I move slide forward or back
I get error "Could not demultiplex stream"

ps: this work in Windows Media Player
