Bug Description
Not all, but a lot of the H264 videos that I have tried fail to play correctly in Totem (and its webplugin).
The top half (or less) of the video usually looks fine, everything below is just stretched. See the attached screenshot for what it looks like, I'm not sure what to call it.

I've been going through my video folder to find out exactly what it is that doesn't work, but I've had no luck. It doesn't matter if the container is quicktime, matroska or plain mp4. Same for high and low bitrates, H264 / AVC, ...
(And yes, the video from bug #973014 plays fine)
This is on Ubuntu 13.04, all updates applied, with Intel HD4000 graphics (same result for both SNA and UXA acceleration).
MPlayer and VLC work fine.
