Bug Description

check upstream bug for info, sample urls & sample file links
No fix as of yet though one simple for current gst-libav1.0 would be to change the element's default "max-threads=0" to 1
Also to note that the internal libav in gst-libav1.1 (git master) does not show this behavior with multi-thread decoding

not sure if suitable (1ubuntu1), but in hopes of some action before it's too late for 13.04
(will be 'self-fixing' when libav-0.9 & gst-1.1 land

Fixed in 1.0.5-1ubuntu1. There was no '#' before the bug number in the changelog, so it was not closed automatically.
