This package should either be upgraded to a recent version or removed. MP3 files play fine without fluendo, as there are other plugins that can cover this. 10-fluendo- mp3.
But please make sure that the codec installation assistant knows about this change and doesn't try to install gstreamer0.
One of the targets of Hardy is to remove duplicate stuff. Having two (or more?) plugins for one mediatype doesn't make sense as we can use only one at a time.
