Bug Description

I am running ubuntu 22.04. The current version of gsoap installed is 2.8.117-2build1, which is vulnerable to CVE-2020-13576. This vulnerability is categorized as critical. Would it be possible to upgrade the soap package to a non-vulnerable version for 22.04? I can use some time to help if you point me in the right direction.
