Bug Description

I encountered four errors while upgrading from Oneiric to Precise, and upon reboot apport auto-launched reporting all four. This is one of them. I have a screenshot to attach and a bit more info so be patient.

Whoever gets assigned to this needs to look at comment #3. I'd very much think they're all related. After the first boot into this upgraded Precise and filing these bug reports (which were generated by apport) I now see no problem!

I'm booting the proper kernel, not sure about mem-test or the rest, but the OS seems to be functioning OK.
