This trouble is due to my partition table which does not have a partition number 1.
I fixed this bug by changing the extended partition from 4 to 1 (using fdisk). I still get a trouble (unknow chunk descriptor but this is an other trouble).

Solved by appling updates in chroot and grub-mkdevicemap ; grub-mkconfig
; update-grub2 ; grub-install /dev/sda
